Admission
The school is open to students of either sex and accepts students only between the age 3 and 17(on or before 31st May) for admission to classes from Nursery to XII. Admission is made irrespective of any distinction of race, caste, community or social status.
A child seeking admission in Nursery requires to have completed age 3 years latest by May 3 1st, of the year in which child is to study Nursery. This age eligibility rule cannot be condoned.
For admission to Jr. K.G. and onwards the same eligibility rule will be observed e.g. for class I, the child should be 6 complete, for III, the child should be 8 complete etc.
To consider admission (from Std I to VIII), the admission is subject to vacancy, age eligibility and clearance of Admission Test. The admission Test is oral as well as written in Languages, Maths & Science.
There is no Admission test or Interview of the child or parents for admission in Nursery/Jr. K.G. However the detailed verification of the registration form is done in presence of the parent and the child.
We do not interview parents or the child nor we take any written or oral test of any child seeking admission in Nursery/Jr. K.G.
The admissions in the classes Nursery/Jr. K.G. to VIII are decided in accordance with the criteria like: the category of the parent, age of the student to be admitted, distance, health, the previous school, the previous result etc. In case of IX to XII the same criteria will be applied but admission will be subject to Regional Officer, CBSE’s approval.
The Management and the Principal of the school being the final authority, his decision will be final and no further query regarding admission will be attended. Please note that we do not accept any donation or capitation fee against the admission.
Withdrawal
Generally withdrawal is not permitted in the middle of the term except in case of Guardians’ transfer. No school leaving certificate will be issued unless asked for by the guardian in person with an application. In case of withdrawal due to circumstances beyond control the remaining advance fee is refunded.
Leaving Certificate will be issued only after verifying the fact that no dues are left over.
