Reg: Admission for Nursery Class (2023-24 ) Academic Year

 A. Eligibility : Children born between 01-06-2019 and 31-05-2020

 B. Registration: Google form link for Registration will be available from: 8:00 am on November 28, 2022 to 8.00 pm on November 30, 2022.

NB.

1. Registration will not be accepted after 8.00 pm on November 30, 2022. This may please be noted.
2. Over age or Under Age as per Age criterion cannot be and will not be considered.
3. This Google form is only for 2023-24 Nursery Class for Eligible Children.
4. The Google registration is not Admission Form. It does not guarantee the Admission
5. Parents should fill only one Google form. Duplicate or more than one form for the same student will not be considered. In such cases the very first will be considered and rest will be treated as cancelled.

 C. Admission Procedure:

Once Google registration is done, concerned parents will be intimated through e-mail, lot by lot, when to come to school to collect the official hard copy of the Registration Form which is to be filled by the parent. For this, the Day, Date & Time will be intimated to you by e-mail. You will be required to come with original or copy of :

i) Child’s Birth Certificate (ii) Child’s Aadhar Card and (iii) Parents Address Proof. (Electricity Bill or Aadhar Card etc.)

The detailed Verification of the Registration form and relevant documents / facts will also be done by the school authorities on that very day only. The entire process should not take more than 2 hrs.

NB 

a. Please note that communication will be done only through e-mail. So do see that you correctly write your e-mail Id in the Google Registration form. No request / complaint will be attended to, in such cases.

b. School authorities will not be responsible if parents do not receive or fail to check the mail and so remains absent.

D.  Result: 

1. From the official Registration form and its due verification, the management will take appropriate decision based on the general criteria and schools’ policy.
2. It needs to be clear that neither we take interview of the parent nor of the child. There is no written or oral test of the child. However, the health of the child, the distance, the category of the parent, parents occupation are some of the criteria subsequent to child’s Age Eligibility.
3. We intend to complete the entire Admission Procedure by the end of January 2023. After the completion, both admitted and not admitted candidates’ parents will be informed through e-mail. Regretted or Rejected candidates parents need not come to meet the school authorities, as we will not be able to attend to them.
4. The Nursery classes for 2023-24 will start by the First week of April 2023. The school timings for them will be 11.30 to 1.30 pm from Monday to Friday. All Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.
5. Regarding fees for the Admitted Students the concerned parents will be intimated at the time of ‘Admission Sanction’ letter issued to them.
6. All should seriously take note that neither there is any Management quota nor there is any Recommendation Quota. Management’s decision will be final and will not like any guardians to bring undue pressure or creates embarrassment to us. We will be grateful to all parents to note the above seriously.
7. We do not accept any Donation or Capitation Fees or Deposits against the Admission, in cash or kind.
