Admission to Jr.K.G 2022-23

As per New Education Policy

Admission to Jr.K.G 2022-23 BORN BETWEEN 1.06.2017 and 31.05.2018 and have completed Nursery.

Regarding admission to Jr. K.G (2022-2023) parents are informed to note the following.

Google form link for Registration will be available only from  Nov 28, 2021  to Nov 30, 2021 (till 8 pm on 30^th Nov. 2021) for Admission to Jr. K.G ONLY for children born between 1.06.2017 and 31.05.2018 and have completed Nursery.

Google link will be available from 8 am 28^th Nov. 2021 to 8 pm on 30^th Nov. 2021.

Registration  forms will not be accepted after 8 pm on  30^th Nov. 2021, which may please be noted.

Overage and underage forms will not be considered. Thus no communication will be attended to such case even if you fill the Google form.

This Google form is only and only for Jr.K.G (22-23), other classes admission forms will not be accepted and in this case also no communication will be attended as there is no vacancy in any of these classes. However, for Admission in Nursery classes, a separate Google form is kept for children born between 1-06-2018 to 31-05-2019.

School timings for such admitted students (Jr.KG) will  be 7.40 am  to 11.00 am from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be holidays.

Google registration is not Admission form, it does not guarantee the admission.

 Parents are requested to fill only one Google form. Duplicate forms will not be considered. In case more than one form is filled, the first one will be considered, others will be cancelled.

Once the Google registration is done, we will intimate the guardians through email, lot by lot, when to come to school to collect the Registration form which is to be filled by the parent. Day Date and time will be intimated to you by email. Parents will have to fill the required form on the same day. The detailed Verification of documents / facts will also be done on that day. This process will take about 2 hrs. As per Covid19 guidelines, please don’t bring your child on that day.  Registration fee of Rs.200/- will be charged. No change in the date will be entertained.

All are intimated to follow the Covid19 Guidelines on that day- using sanitizer, mask, social distance etc.

On that day, both the parents will be required to come with the  Aadhar Card of the Child, Birth Certificate and address proof. No alternate date will be given.

School authorities will not be responsible if you do not receive the email or not checking the mail and missing the date. No inquires will be attended to in such cases.

 Communication will be only through email, thus all are requested to give the correct email id. No inquiry or complaint will be accepted in such cases.

The admission processes will be completed by the end of Jan 2022 and Admitted candidates will be intimated through email.

Admitted candidates classes will start (online/offline )as per Govt. regulation form March/ April 2022 (Proposed).

 We do not interview parent or the child nor do we take any written or oral test of any child or parent. However, the health of the child, the distance from residence and parents occupation / designation are some of the  important criteria.

The admissions are decided in accordance with the criteria and guidelines suggested by the CBSE. We run the school on parallel lines with Kendriya Vidyalaya and so we observe the category rules just like K.V. in deciding the Admissions. Management’s decision will be final and no query regarding admission will be attended.

There is no Management or Recommendation quota. The concerned guardians are clearly informed that No Recommendation letter will be accepted/ considered even if sent by post. It will be treated as parent’s act of bringing undue pressure on us. In fact, we want only such parents, who are ready to co-operate, and remain away from bringing undue pressure.

 The admissions for the limited seats we have will be finalized in accordance with the criteria like: the category of the parent, age, distance, health, the current class and school in which the child is studying, parents education etc.

 We do not accept any Donation or Capitation Fee against the admission.
